Powerful, works very well on iPhone/iPad. So easy to use, I love it All apps must be designed the same way for end users
GTM is an excellent product and a real support when you have several sites over the world to communicate with, which is my case. This is a big win of time and money as you can avoid travelling most of the time if you use it. I use it on a daily basis from my laptop and even from my phone to share files and complete them online if required. Lots of options possible and this is just perfect to use. Well done to GTM for this very useful and friendly application!! I recomend it 100%!
This App is really great. You can not only organize a visioconference but also share documents online just with a wifi connection !
I participated of a 1hour conference on my phone and was able to collaborate, listening and following the screens!
It makes a lot of fun to participate at meetings with this App and it is so easy to do this . You can use chat and you can talk to other participants by using the microphone of the IPad. I love it !

Some bad moments

This app is just not working. I tried to attend a few webinar from my iPhone 5. No success
My apple account is tied to the France App Store. The gotomeeting app I downloaded is in Chinese/Japanese. How am I sposed to use it? I dont speak those languages!
The version I have now is not working as advertised! I clicked the link in the confirmation email but did ***not*** get joined to the webinar but was promted to download the app even though it is already installed (latest version). Ok, so I tried with entering the necessary info manually. Still no webinar - I got redirected to a page to sign up to the webinar I am already registered for. In short: totally unusable.
It worked for five minutes, but then I was disconnected. And now when I try to connect, it sends me to the website to register.
an employee of a great German company refused to participate in a meeting because the company did not allow her to use this GoToMeeting software anymore due to the possibility of an hidden NSA participant. So this App of useless to me and 5 more people. Bye, bye.
Great App, but not suitable for business meetings because theres no way for an american company to make this secure against eavesdropping. If the NSA can listen to the meeting, its insecure ant potentially hackable by a 4th party. This is not only true for the App, but for all other GoTo Meeting clients
